It's amazing in the wintertime for skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, ice-skating or an adventurous time dog sledding! Breckenridge is spectacular in the summer for biking, hiking and rafting, fishing and many, many other mountain activities! Located approx. 1 mile south of downtown Breckenridge. This wonderful home is tucked back in the woods of Blue River, you can sit on the large deck and enjoy the views of Baldy Mountain and the forest is just steps away.The spacious and comfortable home is what you look for in style and comfort; wood detailed vaulted ceilings, large open concept living room, kitchen and dining room is great for family gatherings. The 4 bedrooms are all nicely decorated and comfortable. Each room can sleep 2 people making it perfect for families or a few couples.

  We had such a great time staying at our rental home in Breckenridge. The home was more than we expected. Having a gueen bed on each of the 3 floors with each having a full bath was just what we needed for us 3 couples. The home was roomy and very clean. Just ouside of town was great for seeing wildlife. We had fox, deer and moose in the yard. Very nice place and would rent again.

  This beautiful mountain home made for a perfect family getaway. All the beds were comfortable; the kitchen was well equipped; the outdoor patio was a great place to gather and enjoy nature.   Great home for adults because bedrooms are on different floors. Home is large and well planned. It needs better linens/pillows and knives. A hot tub would be a great asset. We actually had someone bring pillows from home. No mattress pads on beds. Sheets were obviously just out of the package and had not been laundered before putting on bare mattress. Garage code did not work. Nicely decorated.
