This 2 Bedroom+Den/ 2 Bathroom home is located close the base of the Four O’Clock ski run with ski-in access. You can take a short walk to downtown or the "Free Ride" shuttle bus stops near the home making it an ideal location to easily get around town and enjoy all that Breckenridge has to offer. The unit is comfortable and spacious, the living room and kitchen are open to each other making it a great place to enjoy cooking in the recently remodeled kitchen. The dining table has seating for 7-9 people.
The master room has a comfortable king size bed and an attached full bathroom. Downstairs from the living room the den has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and twin bed on the top. The second bedroom on the downstairs level has a comfortable king size bed. The spacious deck has wonderful views and a private 8 person hot tub. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, high speed internet, and outdoor parking for one car.

    Overall it was really quite nice, the dishwasher was a bit wonky (we think it didn't use hot water), the hot tub worked great though it took a day to go from 55 to 100. Parking was a little tight for our large vehicle and the garage is taken so you're on the street.

    Our stay was good. The house was fine. Furniture was as pictured. Location was good; better than expected actually. Management company was nice and easy to work with; easy late check in. I would recommend it.

    A few small complaints as we have stayed in a number of rentals so have a lot to compare it to:
    Deck wasn't shoveled so not able to use BBQ and a little bit of ice on the pathway to the hot tub

    There was ice on the sloping driveway and unfortunately caused two my kids to fall on the drive way when getting out of the car

    Location was good - could walk to the slopes, but directions were not provided so had to figure it out ourselves. No area information provides for slopes or town.

    Kitchen and bath products were the bare minimum - no napkins, not enough paper towels or toilet paper, no cooking oil and limited serve wear, no fireplace logs were provided and had to buy duraflame logs, and only one small bottle of shampoo for 5 day rental

    Overall, would recommend a stay here.

    Great location. Lots of traffic and very little parking, so we left our vehicle at the house and walked to town. Took about 10 minutes. The house was just what we needed for a long weekend in the mountains.
